Christmas 2007

Quiet family Christmas. Spent some time with my mom, and sister & brother and their families. (We all live in Grapevine, Texas)

Marianne & Stephen drove down from Denver and Matt was home from his LDS mission to Brazil before heading up to BYU in January or February. Melissa was glad to have siblings here with her.

(notice the 2003 date stamp on the pictures...I killed my Kodak Z740 in the fall by getting water in it and obviously frying the thing, so I borrowed Matt's to take pictures..you'll be glad to know that I have now updated it.)

OK...so I want you all to turn your heads sideways to look at pictures...bottom line is that I don't know how to fix that, so I think I'll just leave it that way. Here are some other wedding pictures Have a lovely day!

Ed & Kacie's Wedding

Late...but finally here are pictures from Ed & Kacie's wedding in San Diego, CA on September 20, 2007. They were married on what would have been my late hubby, Tom's 60th birthday. We were fortunate to have some friends come. My college roommate, Leslie. (Wow! Has it really been nearly 40 years that we've known each other, Leslie?) Our good friends, Cindy & Dennis Fuhriman from Bellflower, CA where we lived from 1977 through 1988 were there. And Pat Cheeseman and her son, Ben, and his wife, Tiffany, were there from Hemet - where we lived from 1988 through 2000. Such good friends!
My daughter, Rebekah and granddaughter, Madison (10) were there as were my daughter, Melissa (13) and my son, Chris, his wife, Julia, and my adorable grandson, one-year old Danny!
Kacie has a terrific family!
All in all, it was a fabulous experience...the 3rd temple wedding in 9 months for the family.
I feel so very blessed.

Ed & Kacie - Wedding coming up in September

Ed & Kacie will be married on September 20, 2007 in the San Diego Temple.

(that would have been Tom's 60th birthday)
That makes 3 Deaver weddings in the past 9 months....Andrew & Christina in December....Marianne & Stephen in May....and Ed & Kacie.

The new in-laws are just super-people and we are blessed to have them join the fam.
